Job Description: Stunt Coordinator

Overview:
Never Enough Productions seeks a talented and experienced Stunt Coordinator to oversee and execute all action sequences requiring stunt performers for our upcoming film projects. The ideal candidate will deeply understand stunt choreography, safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively within a creative team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and coordinate all stunt-related activities, ensuring every action sequence is executed flawlessly and safely.
– Collaborate closely with the director, producers, and cinematographer to design and choreograph stunt sequences that enhance the storytelling.
– Hire, train, and oversee stunt performers, ensuring they are well-prepared and safe during filming.
– Conduct risk assessments for all stunts to maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
– Develop detailed stunt plans and protocols for each project, including necessary safety measures, equipment, and rehearsals.
– Adapt choreography and stunts based on the unique needs of each production while maintaining high-performance standards.
– Be present on set during rehearsals and filming to guide performers and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Stunt Coordinator or similar role in film or television.
– Strong knowledge of various stunt techniques, including but not limited to jumping, flipping, diving, free-falling, vehicle stunts, and fire stunts.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
– Valid certifications in safety training and stunt coordination are a plus.
