Position Overview:
Never Enough Productions seeks an experienced Sound Mixer to lead our sound department for multiple film projects in Atlanta, GA, and Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will be passionate about audio production and possess a strong ability to enhance cinematic storytelling through sound.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee audio leveling, monitoring, and recording during film production.
– Select and position microphones based on the specific needs of each scene.
– Mix various soundtracks and audio signals in real time to ensure high-quality sound capture.
– Supervise and collaborate with the boom operator and sound utility personnel.
– Maintain an organized workflow and ensure effective communication within the team.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a sound mixer in film production or similar environments.
– Strong knowledge of audio recording equipment and software.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
– Excellent attention to detail and a passion for sound design.
