As a key member of our production team, the Production Coordinator will manage essential “behind the scenes” logistics to ensure the smooth execution of film productions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and oversee the logistics of productions, including equipment rental, crew hiring, and talent scheduling.
– Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and address any production needs.
– Organize and maintain production paperwork, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
– Monitor project budgets and timelines, assisting in maintaining production goals.
– Support the Production Manager in various tasks to keep projects running smoothly.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in the film industry.
– Strong understanding of production processes and logistics.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
– Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in relevant software and tools commonly used in film production.
