Never Enough Productions is seeking talented and creative Makeup Artists to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for applying and designing various makeup looks for actors and actresses, whether inspired by current trends or classic styles relevant to different periods. Your artistry will help bring characters to life through the director’s vision and the story’s narrative.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with directors and costume designers to understand the character and story requirements.
– Apply makeup for film, television, and photography shoots, ensuring a high standard of quality and creativity.
– Stay updated on makeup trends, techniques, and products to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the makeup station and tools.
– Assist in creating special effects makeup as needed to suit specific scenes.
– Work efficiently under pressure, making adjustments on the fly as per the director’s feedback during shoots.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a makeup artist in film, television, or theatre is preferred.
– Strong portfolio showcasing a range of makeup techniques and styles.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
– Knowledge of skin care products and basic skincare principles is a plus.
