Position Overview:
Never Enough Productions seeks skilled Captains/Gang Bosses to join our dynamic team at our Atlanta, GA, film studios. The Captains, also known as transportation coordinators or gang bosses, are responsible for efficiently organizing and managing a fleet of vehicles for transporting crew, equipment, and actors to various filming locations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all transportation runs smoothly, adhering to production schedules and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and organize transportation logistics for crew members, equipment, and actors to and from filming locations.
– Deploy appropriate vehicles and drivers at scheduled times to maintain production efficiency.
– Collaborate closely with the locations manager to secure necessary parking permits and identify designated parking areas for all vehicles.
– Monitor vehicle usage and maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.
– Act as a point of contact for transportation-related inquiries and issues that may arise during production.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a transportation coordinator, gang boss, or in a similar film or television production role.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with production staff and external vendors.
– Familiarity with the Atlanta area and its transportation systems is a plus.
– A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
