Job Description:
Never Enough Productions seeks a talented and passionate Camera Operator to join our creative team in Atlanta, GA. The Camera Operator will play a crucial role in capturing the visual storytelling of our projects by physically controlling and operating the camera during filming under the direction of the Director of Photography (D.P.).
Key Responsibilities:
– Operate the camera during various filming scenarios, ensuring the technical and artistic vision is realized.
– Collaborate closely with the Director of Photography and Assistant Cameramen (A.C.s) to execute the desired shot compositions.
– Control shot framing and camera movements as directed by the D.P. to achieve the desired aesthetics and storytelling.
– Maintain a keen eye for detail and overall shot quality, ensuring smooth operation and transitions.
– Participate in pre-production meetings to understand the project requirements and vision.
– Assist in the setup and maintenance of camera equipment to ensure readiness for filming.
– Adapt quickly to changes on set while remaining focused and organized under pressure.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Camera Operator in film or television production.
– Strong knowledge of camera equipment, techniques, and industry standards.
– Ability to work collaboratively with a team and take direction from the D.P.
– Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
– Flexibility to adapt to different filming environments and schedules.
